Meatballs with chicken, turkey, carrots and spinach

Procedure

Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and then put the meatballs to cook, turning often. It will take 10 minutes for a perfect and even cooking. In a pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the new potatoes cut into wedges.

Lightly brown the potatoes, then add a sprig of rosemary, a few tablespoons of water and adjust the salt. Stir well and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes, until the potatoes are soft. A few minutes before the potatoes are cooked, add the cherry tomatoes.
