400 g of AIA chicken
200 champignon mushrooms
7 cherry tomatoes

In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of EVO oil with a clove of garlic. Once it is hot enough, add the champignon mushrooms that you have cleaned and sliced. Season with a pinch of salt and stir occasionally. Once cooked, remove the mushrooms from the pot and set them aside.

In the same pan, brown the chicken cut into parts and make sure to turn it occasionally so that it cooks well. Deglaze with white wine and also add the tomatoes cut into pieces. Season with a pinch of salt and cook for about 20 minutes covering with the lid. Once the chicken is cooked to the right point, also add the mushrooms and serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
