After cleaning and washing the artichokes, remove the tips, cut them in half and reduce them into pieces that you will soak in water and lemon. Wash 4 sprigs of parsley and chop them. Heat the broth and in a pot brown the garlic together with the oil.

Pour the drained artichokes into the pot and sauté them for a few minutes. Then lower the heat and add a ladle of broth, the chopped parsley and cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Reduce the AIA chicken breast into pieces that you will pour into the pot.

Let it brown evenly and cook for about ten minutes, adjusting with salt and pepper. Plate and decorate with the chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
