500 g of spreadable cheese

Description

Softer than a yogurt cake and fresher than a lemon cake, the cheesecake is the most famous American cake in the world!

Soft and crunchy, the cheesecake is perfect for Sunday brunch, but also as a fresh birthday cake alternative to the classic apple cake.

Easy to prepare, the cheesecake can be enriched with strawberry or cherry sauce, here's how to prepare it!

Procedure

1

Blend the biscuits and add the melted butter, mixing very well. Put the mixture on the bottom of the springform pan and press lightly with the back of a spoon to compact the base. Put the pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and in the meantime prepare the cream.

2

In a large bowl, put the eggs, lemon juice and beat then add the spreadable cheese and fresh cream. When you have obtained a creamy and homogeneous mixture, transfer it to the pan and bake at 160°C for 60 minutes

3

Now prepare the strawberry filling. Clean and cut the strawberries into pieces, transfer them to a saucepan and add the powdered sugar. Cook the strawberries over medium heat until boiling, then lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

4

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool.
