3 extra fresh large eggs
125 g of whole yogurt
½ packet of yeast
Powdered sugar to taste
Peanut oil
1 pinch of salt
00 flour to taste
Sugar to taste

Description

Soft and very delicate, the yogurt cake is the easy and tasty recipe that you can prepare for your children on the occasion of a snack at home. If you follow our recipe you can't go wrong and your little ones will literally lick their mustaches! You can prepare the yogurt cake also to enjoy it for breakfast together with a glass of juice or a smoothie, so as to start the day in the best way.

In a bowl pour the yogurt and in the meantime separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks in a container where you will also put 2 pots of sugar and whip all the ingredients with a whisk until you get a frothy mixture.

Stir the mixture and now fill 3 pots of sifted flour together with the yeast on the mixture of egg yolks and sugar. Stir the ingredients so that no lumps form and gradually add half a pot of oil and yogurt.

Now whip the egg whites until stiff, adding a pinch of salt, and mix them well with the mixture just obtained. Line the cake pan with parchment paper and inside it pour the mixture that you will bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Once your cake is ready, let it cool down and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
