150 g of AIA Paesana Luganega Sausage
6 slices of bread
500 g of spinach
2 cloves of garlic

1 chili pepper

Procedure

After cleaning the spinach, boil them in a pot with plenty of salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Once they are al dente, drain them and set them aside.

In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, along with a clove of garlic and the crumbled chili pepper. Brown for a few minutes and then remove the garlic and instead pour in the peeled and crumbled sausage that you will brown for a few more minutes.

Now add the spinach, adjusting the salt and pepper. Spread the spinach and sausage mixture on each slice of bread. Now bake and let cook until the bruschettas are golden. Serve them hot with a sprinkle of pepper.
