Description

Procedure

Cut the chicken into small cubes, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and put them in a non-stick pan together with 30 gr of butter and 2 tablespoons of EVO oil.

Let it wilt for about 15 minutes. Then also pour the chicken bites into the pan and let it brown for about ten minutes on all sides, adding salt and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms and, after cutting them in half, add them to the chicken and let them cook slowly, deglazing with a little white wine.

In a pan, put 40 gr of butter and once it has melted, add 20 gr of flour and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Add also 500 ml of broth and stir well, heating slowly.

Combine the chicken with the mushrooms and mix well, then also add the mustard, the cream until the sauce is thick.
