Description

An original recipe, easy and quick to prepare, to savor the BonRoll in small bites, wrapped in a tasty tomato and oregano sauce.

To make this excellent second course, all you have to do is get a package of Spinach BonRoll, tomato sauce (even better if homemade, here's the recipe), fresh oregano and Parmigiano Reggiano. All simple ingredients of our tradition that, if skillfully combined, give unique and inimitable flavors.

Bring the BonRoll bites in sauce to the table for a dinner with friends or a family lunch: your children will go crazy for it!

Procedure

1

Take the BonRoll and cut it first into slices and then into bites, like meatballs.

2

Fry the onion finely sliced in a non-stick pan with the butter, until it becomes transparent. Then brown the BonRoll bites in the sauté for about a minute, then raise the flame and deglaze with the white wine.

3

Then lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes, making sure to turn the bites often.

4

After this time, add the tomato sauce, the grated Parmesan and the oregano, then adjust the salt and pepper and mix. Cook for another 10 minutes with the lid on and, if necessary, dilute the sauce a little with half a ladle of boiling water.
