How to make a perfect rib marinade

Take a large bowl and after chopping the onion, pour it together with the sage, rosemary, pepper and salt, stirring everything, so as to distribute the ingredients well. To complete the marinade, you need to add the red wine, water and vinegar to the spice mixture, continuing to stir. Finally, dip the pork ribs, trying to press them as much as possible at the bottom of the bowl, so that the meat fully absorbs all the mixture. In this way, the meat will absorb all the flavors and aftertastes of the herbs and wine, which will make your grill even more flavorful.

How to cook the ribs to perfection

After the marinating time, the pork ribs are ready to be cooked on the grill! Be careful though, pork meat, especially ribs are a type of meat that should not be left to cook too long, otherwise the risk is that it becomes hard. The coals should also not be too lively, to avoid external burns; in case you realize that you are not able to decrease the liveliness of the coals in time, it is advisable to keep the grill high. At this point you are ready to arrange the pork ribs on the grill, turning them occasionally to brown them on both sides.
