Description

A great classic of Italian culinary tradition, ideal for a family dinner.

Procedure

Cut the potatoes, peppers, cauliflower, carrots and eggplants, then mix them in a bowl with salt, pepper and oil.

Place the turkey roll in the center of a baking dish and distribute the vegetables in the remaining space

Cook the turkey roll according to the instructions on the package

Slice the onion and carrot thinly, chop the celery and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes

Add a little water to the vegetables, adjust with salt and pepper and let cook for 15 minutes

Blend the vegetables with a mixer until you get a creamy and smooth sauce
