Stuffed Turkey

Turkey stuffed with a tender and delicious filling.

Celebrate with AIA and cook the Stuffed Turkey like this:

IN A POT (STEWING PAN): 
Brown the Stuffed Turkey in a pot with a knob of butter. Add a little water, season with salt, cover the pot with a lid. Finish cooking without the lid to evaporate some of the liquid.

IN THE OVEN: 
Preheat the fan-assisted oven to 200°C, place the Stuffed Turkey in a baking dish with a little water, and season with salt. Halfway through cooking, add a little white wine.
