Christmas Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken with a tender filling, ready to cook.
Celebrate with joy with AIA and cook the Granripieno Stuffed Chicken:
IN A POT (STEWING PAN): 90 minutes
Brown the boneless stuffed chicken in a pot with a knob of butter for 5 minutes. Add a little water, adjust with salt, cover the pot with a lid, and cook for about 80 minutes.
Finish cooking uncovered to evaporate some of the liquid.
IN THE OVEN: 90 minutes
Preheat the fan-assisted oven to 200°C and place the AIA Granripieno Stuffed Chicken in a baking dish with a little water, then season with salt.
Cook for about 90 minutes, and halfway through cooking add a little white wine.
