IN A HOT NON-STICK PAN:
To serve soft and golden “Cordon Bleu,” place them with a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan that is already hot and cook for 7 minutes, turning them often.

IN A FAN OVEN:
Preheat the fan oven to 220°C and place the “Cordon Bleu” in a baking dish without any seasoning. Then bake in the already very hot oven for 11 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.

IN AN AIR FRYER:
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190°C. Once hot, place the Cordon Bleu in the basket and cook for 7 minutes.
