Preparation:
In a saucepan, brown the thighs with 2 tablespoons of oil, season with salt, add a little water, and cook.
Remove the meat well from the thighs, slice 2 leeks, and dice a potato. In a pot, brown the turkey meat, leeks, and potato: dilute with some broth, add a little parsley, and cook for 30 minutes.
