Description

Procedure
First, blanch the chard leaves in a pot with boiling salted water for 30 seconds, then immerse them in water and ice.
Cut the carrot, celery and zucchini into cubes and sauté them in a non-stick pan with the peas, a drizzle of oil and the spices.
Cook the vegetables for a few minutes but let them remain crunchy. Adjust with salt and pepper.
Spread out the chard leaves on a work surface and remove the harder white part; put on each leaf aeQuilibrium Oven-Baked Turkey Breast AIA, some spiced vegetables and roll up the rolls.
Transfer the rolls to a steamer and cook them for about 3/4 minutes. Season the rolls with a drizzle of raw oil, a few flakes of salt and serve.
