Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling water, then drain them. 


Cut the Wudy Classic AIA into slices and wash the aromatic herbs. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. 


In a large pan, fry a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary in extra virgin olive oil, add the Wudy Classic AIA and the potatoes and sauté everything for 4/5 minutes, adjusting with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and after a few minutes turn off the heat.
