80 g pomegranate seeds
300 g washed lamb's lettuce
50 g walnut kernels
250 g AIA Baked Turkey Breast
Orange emulsion as needed
40 g filo pastry


A very sophisticated recipe, which uses genuine ingredients and delicate flavors: Lavender Honey presents us with a dish to present on important occasions, or simply when you want to make a good impression with our guests. It is a winter salad with lamb's lettuce, pomegranate, walnut kernels, AIA Baked Turkey Breast and orange emulsion on filo pastry wafer.

Here's how to cook a delicious winter fantasy salad!



Start by preparing the baskets that will contain your salad: open the filo pastry and take two sheets. You should get squares from the pastry sheets, each 13/15 cm on each side.


Now overlap two layers of filo pastry, after just brushing them with melted butter. Place them inside a previously buttered muffin mold and bake at 180˚C in a fan oven for 3/4 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and gently remove the pastry from the molds.


Now prepare the orange emulsion: put 100 gr of orange segments peeled alive in the blender, blend and add in a thin stream 50 ml of olive oil, 50 ml of seed oil and 3 gr of salt.


Roll each baked turkey slice on itself and cut them half a centimeter thick. Then compose the salad with the lamb's lettuce leaves, the pomegranate seeds and the turkey breast, inside each wafer.
