200 gr of broad beans
100 gr of radishes
200 gr of new potatoes
1 shallot
600 gr of turkey thigh nuggets
3 tomatoes
1 sprig of wild fennel

Procedure

Fill a pot with water, then add the broad beans and bring to a boil. Drain and shell the beans.

In another pot, boil water, immerse the new potatoes and let them cook. Then you can drain and cut them.

In the meantime, cut the shallot and the cherry tomatoes.

Pour some oil into a pot and turn on the burners on low heat. Add the shallot and let it wilt. At this point add the cut cherry tomatoes and let them cook.

In a pot, cook the AIA turkey thigh nuggets, browning them until golden.
