500 g of AIA turkey thigh slices
3 zucchinis
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 shallot
Parsley to taste
100 ml of white wine
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Tasty and simple to make, these turkey rolls are liked by everyone!

Procedure

Clean and cut the carrots, peppers, and zucchinis into sticks. Then peel the shallot and chop it finely.

In a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and lightly sauté the shallot. Add the vegetables and cook with the lid on for about 20 minutes over low heat. Halfway through cooking, season with salt and add pepper if you like.

Now take the turkey slices and season them with salt and chopped fresh parsley. Place the previously cooked vegetables in the center of the slices, and roll them up to form rolls. Secure the meat with kitchen string or a toothpick.

Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and brown the meat for about 3 minutes on each side.

Then deglaze with the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate before partially covering the pan with the lid.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
