Description

Perfect for a house party as a buffet appetizer, but also ideal for a dinner with friends, fried turkey bites with a hint of lime are very simple to prepare and offer a truly unique taste.

AIA suggests them with a delicate Jerusalem artichoke mayonnaise, for a light and delicate touch, but you can also accompany them with a good homemade mayonnaise, with a ketchup delicate, with a strong bbq sauce or with a very fresh yogurt sauce.

Whatever accompaniment you choose, the fried turkey bites with a hint of lime will always be crispy and tasty. Here's how to prepare them!

Procedure

1

Put the turkey bites in a bowl and marinate them with lime juice, salt and pepper. Let the meat rest for an hour in the refrigerator. In the meantime, peel the Jerusalem artichokes and cut them into pieces then boil them in slightly salted water until they are soft.

2

Drain the Jerusalem artichokes and let them cool, then put them in the blender glass together with the milk, a drizzle of oil, the juice of half a lime and a pinch of salt. Blend until you get the consistency of the classic mayonnaise.

3

Drain the turkey bites from the marinade, dip them in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry them, a few at a time, in the boiling oil. Drain the bites when they are amber and crispy.
