Description

The chicken salad is a fresh and tasty dish typical of the beautiful season, but it can also become appropriate in autumn or winter. In the warm months, it will be enough to grill the meat, in the colder months instead you can dare a little more and cook the chicken in fried bites: tender and hot cubes of breaded chicken fried in a pan, served together with a salad of which we will soon give you the complete recipe!

The big salad with fried chicken bites can be served as a tasty appetizer, cold second course or light single dish: it all depends on the ingredients with which it is prepared.

In this recipe we recommend pairing the fried chicken bites with a light mix of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, champignon mushrooms and oregano.

So here is the recipe for the salad with fried chicken bites.

Procedure

1

To prepare the salad with fried chicken bites, take a pack of Chicken Fillet Cutlets: place the cutlet with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook it for 3 minutes, turning it occasionally. When it is ready, cut it into many squares or rectangles, depending on the aesthetics you decide to give to the dish.

2

In the meantime prepare your big salad: slice the champignon mushrooms, divide the cherry tomatoes into wedges and cut the lettuce. Collect all the ingredients in a bowl and season with oil and lemon and serve the chicken salad with fried chicken bites.

3

To make everything even more tasty and appetizing try to serve the big salad with fried chicken bites with a homemade tzatziki sauce! Follow this quick recipe:

4

Grate the cucumber with a large-hole grater and leave it in a colander for half an hour to eliminate the water contained. Help yourself by crushing it with a teaspoon, then salt it. Grate also the garlic (without the soul); put in a terrine the Greek yogurt, the finely chopped garlic, a few drops of lemon or vinegar, the chopped cucumber, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, adjust the salt and mix. And here is your Greek tzatziki sauce ready to further enhance the big salad of fried chicken bites!
