The tuna sauce is the perfect condiment for dishes to serve on the occasion of a lunch or a dinner with friends or to flavor the meat with which to fill the lunchbox to take to the office.

Get a blender in which you will blend the hard-boiled eggs together with the tuna (drained). Also add three tablespoons of capers.

Add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and blend well until you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
