4 Wudy classic AIA
1 roll of puff pastry (in square format)
1 kg of potatoes
200 g of sliced fontina cheese

Description

The Challenge of Italian Chefs sees Giampaolo, the aesthetic chef, engage in the preparation of a recipe that is beautiful to look at and good to taste based on Wudy Classic AIA: the goodness of roses! This preparation is perfect to serve at a cocktail party or as an appetizer during a dinner with friends who will be delighted!

Procedure

First of all, cut the puff pastry into long rectangles: 4 cm high and 40 cm long.

Cut the Wudy classic AIA into oblique slices. On the work surface, place a rectangle of puff pastry, add on the upper side of the puff pastry the fontina cheese cut into strips and the slices of Wudy Classic AIA

Cut the potatoes into thin slices using a mandolin or peeler and add them to the Wudy Classic AIA

Fold the pastry so that it encloses the end part of the ingredients and roll everything inside the muffin mold.

Bake the roses at 180°C for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
