So here's how to perfectly prepare the terrine of sausages and potatoes with beer!
Procedure
Cut the onions into rings, then sauté them in a saucepan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
After a minute, add to the onions also the potatoes peeled and already cut into small pieces: raise the flame, deglaze with the beer and let it evaporate.
Stir, pour a little water, salt and add a fine chop of sage and rosemary (only 3-4 sage leaves and half a sprig of rosemary will be enough).
Now take care of the sausages: take the Wudy Classici AIA and blanch them in a pot of unsalted water for 4 minutes, then drain them and cut them into pieces.
Heat the grill well and lightly toast the pieces of sausages, sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and transfer them to the saucepan with the potatoes.
Add also the tablespoon of mustard, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
