First of all, cut the tomatoes in half and grill them on the hot plate for a few minutes. Once they are ready, set them aside for a moment and, in the meantime, remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon and cut it into many small wedges or pieces that you will put in a serving dish or salad bowl.

Cut the AIA aeQuilibrium cooked pork ham into strips that you will add to the watermelon, with the addition of the grilled tomatoes and feta. Dress the salad with an emulsion of salt, vinegar, pepper and EVO oil. Serve your summer salad with watermelon and cooked ham aeQuilibrium and accompany it with toasted bread or tasty bruschetta!
