It is a simple preparation and a guaranteed success that you can prepare to warm up the winter dinners and that you can accompany with a tasty side dish of roasted potatoes and a glass of wine!

Procedure
Place two centimeters of coarse salt in a baking dish. Then wash the rosemary sprigs and peel the garlic, two ingredients that you will need to insert inside the chicken.
Now place the chicken in the baking dish, taking care to tie the legs and cover it completely with the remaining coarse salt. Bake in a preheated oven and let it cook at 200°C for about 70 minutes.
Once ready, let it rest for about a quarter of an hour and then free the chicken from the salt. Serve your chicken!
