6 Chicken Drumsticks
1 sachet of powdered saffron
3 tablespoons of thyme
3 sprigs of rosemary
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 glass of white wine
Vegetable broth as needed
Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Here's how to make saffron chicken drumsticks with an easy and quick preparation.



Lift the skin of the drumsticks slightly and insert a clove of garlic and some rosemary needles inside.


Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a large dish and create a mince with the remaining rosemary needles and thyme.


Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with the freshly made mince and drizzle them with the white wine. Leave in the refrigerator for about an hour.


After this time, transfer the drained chicken to a casserole and brown it with extra virgin olive oil. 


In the meantime, heat the wine flavored with the herbs separately and dissolve a sachet of powdered saffron in it.


Cook the saffron chicken drumsticks until the wine has evaporated, adjust with salt and pepper and, if necessary, with a ladle of hot vegetable broth
