In this recipe, the earthy flavor of mushrooms combines with the sweetness of pumpkin and the savoriness of sausages with turkey, chicken and pork for a truly overwhelming one-dish meal.

Procedure
Clean the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, put them in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes after seasoning them with a drizzle of oil, a sprig of rosemary and thyme. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into pieces.
Take the sausages and cut them into chunks. In a large pan, fry a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil with a sprig of rosemary. Add the sausage and let it brown, then add the mushrooms and let them flavor. Deglaze with the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
At this point add the baked pumpkin and toss everything together, adjust with salt and pepper and serve your pan-fried sausage, mushrooms and pumpkin hot.
