The recipe for oven-baked sausage skewers with pears, sage and peanut sauce is a tasty example that skewers can also be prepared at home during the cold season. Procedure
Wash the pears and cut them into 4 without peeling them, then remove the core.
Skewer the sausage alternating it with the pear slices and the cherry tomatoes. Place the skewers in a baking dish, season with a drizzle of oil, pepper and sage leaves. Bake the skewers at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, sprinkle the sausage with a little white wine.
