2 pears
10 cherry tomatoes

100 ml of peanut sauce

Procedure

Wash the pears and cut them into 4 without peeling them, then remove the core.

Skewer the sausage alternating it with the pear slices and the cherry tomatoes. Place the skewers in a baking dish, season with a drizzle of oil, pepper and sage leaves. Bake the skewers at 180°C for 30 minutes

Halfway through cooking, sprinkle the sausage with a little white wine.

Suggestions

You can also prepare the peanut sauce at home: shell the peanuts and remove the red skin; put the peanuts in the blender glass and add the extra virgin olive oil in a thin stream, blending until you get a thick and homogeneous sauce.
