600 gr of AIA turkey thigh slices
500 gr of cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
100 gr of olives
2 tablespoons of EVO oil
Oregano to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil to taste

Description

Procedure

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into four parts. Now cut the black olives into slices and drain the capers.

In a pan pour the EVO oil and brown the garlic. Lay the turkey slices in the pan, cook them and transfer them to a plate.

In the same pan now add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften. Finally add the olives, capers and oregano. Adjust with salt and pepper.

Remove the garlic clove and add the turkey slices to the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Plate and decorate with some fresh basil leaves before serving.
