2 tablespoons of cornstarch
A lime
Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Description

For a quick and inviting chicken based second course, the nuggets of Breast of Chicken AIA – cooked with lime juice – are ideal. In a few minutes you will bring to the table all the exotic flavor of chicken combined with lime, for a light but delicious dish at the same time.

Procedure

First of all, take the AIA Chicken Breasts and cut them into small pieces, just like they were nuggets

Squeeze the lime, filter it and keep the juice aside.

Now put two tablespoons of cornstarch on a plate and quickly flour the chicken nuggets.

Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and brown the meat on all sides, then turn up the heat and pour in the white wine: let it evaporate well and then immediately pour in the lime juice.

Salt, pepper and cook the nuggets over low heat for 10 minutes: if necessary, dilute with a little water.
