Description

The lemon sorbet is a fresh and delicious recipe perfect to serve as a dessert at the end of a dinner or lunch, or to enjoy in the afternoon for an outdoor snack to combat the summer heat. The recipe is simple to prepare and our advice is to make it at home to savor all its genuineness.

Procedure

1

In a saucepan, heat the water with the sugar, the lemon peel and boil for about 2 minutes. Add the juice of the two lemons and let it cool. Once the syrup has cooled, transfer it to a stainless steel bowl that you have taken care to keep in the freezer for at least an hour.

2

Remove the used lemon peel and add the whipped egg white. Let it rest in the freezer and stir every half hour for about 6 times before covering with cling film and let it cool in the freezer for 24 hours. Your homemade lemon sorbet is ready to be served!
