400 g of AIA turkey thigh slices
Baby spinach
Pomegranate
Feta
1 Pear
2 Walnuts
1/2 Lemon
Fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
EVO oil to taste
Black sesame seeds

Description

Get back in shape with the fresh turkey salad: rich in nutrients but above all in taste!

Procedure

First, slice the turkey thigh. Chop some fresh thyme and combine it with EVO oil, salt and pepper.

Add the sliced turkey to the mixture, stir and let it marinate in the fridge for about half an hour.

Now wash and slice the pear. Shell a couple of walnuts and chop them coarsely, then cut the feta into cubes.

Take the turkey and cook it on a hot non-stick griddle. Squeeze half a lemon and create an emulsion by adding a little EVO oil, salt and pepper.

Once the turkey is cooked, compose the salad: add the washed spinach, some pomegranate seeds, the sliced meat, the pear slices, the feta, the walnuts and the lemon juice-based emulsion.

Finish the dish with some black sesame seeds.
