400 g of turkey nuggets
1 head of lettuce
50 g of whole Parmesan
4 slices of bread
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of unsweetened low-fat yogurt

Procedure

To prepare the Caesar Salad with turkey and yogurt sauce mix the mayonnaise with the low-fat yogurt. Blend the two ingredients well to obtain the dressing sauce for the salad.

At this point, sear the turkey in a pan for 5 minutes.

Wash the lettuce and dry it well, then toast the bread in the oven or on a hot plate and cut it into cubes.

In a salad bowl, pour the cut lettuce and the cubes of bread, add some shavings of Parmesan, the strips of turkey and, finally, pour the mayonnaise and yogurt sauce
