250 g AIA Thin Chicken
100 g of champignon mushrooms
150 g of speck
200 g of smoked provola
200 g of honey mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Parsley as needed
Chives as needed
Toothpicks to close

Description

Simple to prepare but full of flavor: prepare these rolls with us, filled with mushrooms, provola and speck! How can you not fall in love with them?

Procedure

Cut the champignon mushrooms into strips and sauté in a not too hot pan with oil, garlic, a pinch of salt and parsley.
Set them aside in a bowl: they will be the filling for your rolls.

Arrange the AIA Thin Chicken on the work surface, well spread out. On each one, place a slice of speck, some sautéed mushrooms and provola cut into small pieces.
Roll up the rolls and close them with toothpicks.

In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and brown the rolls for a couple of minutes on each side; lower the flame and add the honey mushrooms with a little water and a pinch of salt.
Cover the pot with the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes. From time to time, turn the rolls to cook them evenly.
