Chicken cutlet with balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
Description
The chicken cutlet with balsamic vinegar is prepared with the breast, a particularly lean and valuable cut of the animal. With a quick pan cooking, the meat remains tender and juicy. You can use the AIA chicken breast or the chicken breast from the Oro Natura line, from chickens raised with particular attention to animal welfare, without antibiotics, and fed with non-GMO vegetable feeds.
The balsamic vinegar gives the meat a more tasty flavor: a balanced sweet and sour taste and a delicate freshness. Thanks to this ingredient, it is possible to cook the chicken in a different way than usual and make it more inviting even for children.
The recipe for the chicken cutlet with vinegar is simple to prepare and cook. To flavor the meat and give it that special taste, it is important to remember to do the marinating.
Procedure
In a bowl prepare the marinade by putting the oil, the juice of half a lemon, the herbs, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork. Then incorporate the balsamic vinegar until you get an emulsion.
Cut the chicken breast, making slices about 1 cm thick. Put them to marinate, covering with cling film. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour so that the meat is impregnated.
In a pan, fry the garlic clove. When it starts to brown, add the chicken breast with balsamic vinegar and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
Transfer the meat to a cutting board and slice it diagonally into strips. Serve the chicken cutlet with balsamic vinegar hot.
