Breaded Trout with Spring Salad

With the good weather, the desire for the sea increases enormously, as does the fish becomes a nice variant to bring to the table. But how long does it take to clean it? AIA has the solution you were looking for: the trout fillets, breaded trout pulp.
These sea cutlets are immediately ready to be put in the pan and be cooked in a few minutes without too much effort. For a second course very suitable for family dinner especially if served with a seasonal salad.
Procedure
To prepare the breaded trout with spring salad carefully wash the salad, arugula and tomatoes. Rinse the corn from its water and pour it into a salad bowl.
Salt the tomatoes cut into wedges and let them rest for a few minutes. In the salad bowl, add the arugula, the hand-cut salad and finally the tomatoes, then season with EVO oil, add the pepper and mix.
Put the breaded trout in a non-stick pan and cook them with a little oil for 3 minutes, turning them a couple of times. When they are ready, cut them into strips and serve them on a bed of salad and accompanied by a slice of lemon.
