Claudia, the ready-to-wear cook, proposes a recipe in which the AIA Classic BonRoll is cooked in slices in a pan, so as to be able to bring to the table in a very short time, a dinner or a last minute lunch that really satisfies everyone. In this preparation, the unmistakable flavor of the AIA Classic BonRoll is enhanced by the combination with genuine top-quality ingredients: from mango, to walnuts, to burrata... everyone will be delighted!

Procedure
In a non-stick pan, cook AIA Classic BonRoll cut into slices for 15 minutes until all the slices are crispy. Then cut them into cubes.
Wash the salad and season it with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Clean the mango and cut it into cubes. Also cut the brioche bread into cubes and toast it in a pan with a little oil and a sprig of rosemary. In a griddle or non-stick pan, brown the bacon slices and then cut them into strips.
At this point, compose your salad by forming the following layers: seasoned mixed salad, cubed mango, walnuts, cubed BonRoll, brioche bread, burrata and finally the crispy bacon.
