IN A PAN:
Put the Spinacine still frozen in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter and cook them, turning them occasionally.

IN A CONVECTION OVEN:
Put the Spinacine still frozen in a baking dish and bake them in a preheated oven (250°C).
