IN THE PAN:
Put the still frozen Spinacine in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter and cook them, turning them occasionally.

IN A FAN OVEN:
Put the still frozen Spinacine in a baking dish and cook them in a preheated oven (250°C).
