1 pack of aeQuilibrium AIA Turkey Breast
2 aeQuilibrium AIA Eggs
100 gr of Light Spreadable Cheese
Arugula as needed
150 gr of Grilled Red Peppers
Chives as needed

Procedure

In a bowl, break the eggs, season them with salt and pepper, and beat them. Add the chopped chives to the mixture.

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper, covering all the edges. Pour the mixture into the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in static mode for 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove the omelette from the oven and let it cool down, covering it with cling film to keep it soft.

In the meantime, wash and slice the peppers, and grill them on a hot griddle.

Take the now cold omelette, spread the light cheese on the surface and add a little pepper.

Now make a layer with aeQuilibrium AIA turkey breast. Add the arugula and grilled peppers and roll the omelette onto itself. Tie it with kitchen string and divide it into two parts.
