Procedure
Clean and cut the mushrooms then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. When the mushrooms are cooked, set them aside.
Now cut the avocado pulp into cubes and create a mixture of egg whites and grated cheese by whisking it. Cook the omelettes in a pan and fill them with all the ingredients.
