Procedure
First of all, shell the broad beans and, once the pod has been removed, remove the outer skin. Then arrange the broad beans in four separate dishes: this is a very quick recipe that is plated directly.
Season the broad beans with a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt and a grind of black pepper. Cut the pecorino into flakes and arrange them on the broad beans.
At this point add the slices of oven roasted turkey breast aeQuilibrium in slices or strips.
