Description

A simple and quick recipe for a very light dish, ideal as a appetizer or main course, to be enjoyed on the hottest days: these are the aeQuilibrium rolls with a filling of goat cheese and green olives.

Goat cheese is a perfect cheese to pair with turkey breast: made from goat's milk and with a pleasantly soft consistency, it is ideal not only for those who want to stay in shape (it has very few calories!) but also for those who are intolerant to cow's milk.

Making these rolls is really very easy: all you have to do is get a package of AIA aeQuilibrium Baked Turkey Breast, fresh goat cheese, green olives and basil. All the other necessary ingredients are already in your pantry or in your refrigerator!

So here is the very easy recipe to make in a few minutes the aeQuilibrium rolls with goat cheese and olives.

Procedure

Drain the olives from their liquid and cut them into thin slices, then take two or three leaves of basil, chop them finely and add them to the olives in a bowl.

Add in the same bowl also the goat cheeses, the lemon juice, a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of water, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.

Now take the slices of AIA aeQuilibrium Baked Turkey Breast and, on each one, put a spoonful of goat cheese and olive filling. Roll up the slices on themselves and close them (if you want) with a thread of chives or simply with a toothpick.

Place the aeQuilibrium rolls with goat cheese and olives on a serving dish and finish by seasoning on the surface with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of pepper.
