To prepare the Halloween stuffed eggs first put a pot full of water on the fire: slowly lay the eggs in the pot and bring to a boil.
When the water starts to boil wait 8 minutes: then drain the eggs and put them under a jet of cold water. This step is particularly important because it will allow you to peel the eggs more easily, without breaking them and without burning yourself!

Once the eggs have cooled, start peeling them gently. Cut the eggs in half and extract the hard yolk. Put the yolks in a bowl and add the mayonnaise: to make the filling lighter you can use Greek white yogurt together with the mayonnaise.

Then add the tuna and with a fork mix vigorously: pass the mixture with the blender to have a soft and smooth filling. Add a drizzle of oil to give an even more velvety consistency to the filling.
