Description

Do you remember how good grandma's meatballs were? Soft inside with a crust on the outside and then flavorful and fragrant like no other food in the world. Being able to reproduce those smells and flavors in your kitchen is not that difficult, you just have to try and try again until you get the perfect meatball. Here is the recipe for grandma's meatballs, ours.

Procedure

1

To prepare grandma's meatballs, soften the bread crumbs in the milk and then squeeze it well and mix it with the minced turkey, the grated Parmesan cheese, the basil, the salt, the pepper and the egg.

2

With wet hands, form the meatballs not too large, about the size of a walnut, and brown them in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Turn them so that they color well on all sides then deglaze with the white wine and add a little hot water.

3

Cook for about 5 minutes.

4

Serve grandma's meatballs on a serving dish decorated with basil leaves and accompany them with either baked potatoes or a seasonal salad.
