1 kg of pork ribs
100 g of multifloral honey
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Description

Perfect for a Sunday brunch in the garden, simple and always very appreciated, here are the glazed pork ribs!

This dish is so delicious but also refined that you can also use it for Sunday lunch with your mother-in-law. If you then have friends over for a party, the glazed pork ribs will allow you to be the best host ever existed.

Procedure

To prepare the glazed pork ribs, pat the ribs with kitchen paper and then rub them with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, slightly heat the honey so that it becomes more liquid.

As soon as it becomes easily workable, mix the honey with the vinegar and brush this mixture onto the pork ribs.

Now the ribs need to rest in the refrigerator for three hours, so that the marinade flavors the meat and makes it very tender.

After the three hours, you can cook the ribs on the grill.
