Preparing the baked ribs is very simple. Start with the marinade: chop the garlic clove and a sprig of rosemary and in a bowl combine them with the salt and pepper. In a non-stick pan, place the ribs that you will season with the mixture of aromas just obtained. Moisten with the white wine and a drizzle of olive oil.

Put the pan in the refrigerator where the meat will marinate for about two hours (be sure to turn it from time to time so that it is well flavored). Then bake the ribs in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes, turning them from time to time and basting them with the meat broth.
