For cooking:
IN A PRESSURE COOKER: 50 minutes
Add oil, celery, carrot and chopped onion. Place the Stuffed Rabbit Rollè, salt, pepper and spice to taste and cook for 45-50 minutes on low heat.

IN THE OVEN: 110 minutes
Put the rabbit in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1h and 50 minutes, turning the stuffed rabbit from time to time.
