Description

Delicate yet flavorful, the turkey burger is the light alternative you've been looking for to the classic beef burger. Served with French fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it's just waiting for you to top it with your favorite sauces!

Procedure

1

Wash the potatoes well under running water to remove any residual dirt.

2

With a kitchen brush, thoroughly clean the potato skins to remove any dirt or impurities. Make sure the potatoes are dry after cleaning them.

3

Use a mandolin or a sharp knife to cut the potatoes into thin slices.

4

In a large pot, heat plenty of peanut oil to a temperature of about 175-180°. Use a kitchen thermometer to check the temperature.

5

In the meantime, heat some oil in a pan and add the turkey and speck burgers. Wait 2 or 3 minutes before turning them; then complete the cooking in 8 minutes over medium heat, turning the burgers from time to time.

6

Fry the potato slices a little at a time to prevent them from sticking together. Cook them until they become golden and crispy, it will take about 3-4 minutes.

7

Use a slotted spoon or a skimmer to remove the french fries from the oil and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

8

While the fries are still hot, season with salt.

9

Serve the burgers with the round french fries, accompanied by sauces of your choice and fresh vegetables.
